The TPS782 family of low-dropout regulators (LDOsoffers the benefits of ultra-low power and miniaturizedpackaging.

This LDO is designed specifically for battery-poweredapplications where ultra-low quiescent current is acritical parameter. The TPS782, with ultra-low lo (500nA)，is ideal for microprocessors, microcontrollersand other battery-powered applications

The TPS782 family is designed to be compatible withthe TI MSP430 and other similar products. Theenable pin (EN) is compatible with standard CMOSlogic. This device allows for minimal board spacebecause of miniaturized packaging and a potentiallysmall output capacitor. The TPS782 series alsofeatures thermal shutdown and current limit to protectthe device during fault conditions. All packages havean operating temperature range of T = -40°C to125°C.
